Thank you for your purchase from Michael Bernoff and the Human Communication Institute ("we," "us," or "our").

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Please review the following policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Digital Products and Online Trainings

Due to the nature of digital products and online training programs, all sales are final once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund and cancellation policies for live events, seminars, and workshops will be clearly stated at the time of registration or purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

■ Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.
■ Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future event.
■ No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Coaching and advisory engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of enrollment.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be outlined in that agreement.

If applicable, physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund, minus shipping costs.
